JKN Tony has been training in Kuk Sool since 1993 starting at Halesworth and Lowestoft under JIKJN Martin Ducker. After a break he resumed training at Bury St Edmunds under SBN Richard Jones. Tony then moved to Sudbury school at its opening in October 2005 and promoted to 1st degree Black Belt in June 2007.

JKN Tony has participated in many European, UK and Spanish Tournaments over the years and has medals too numerous to list, including many Golds! His wife Terri and sons Michael and Paul train in Kuk Sool and are all Tournament medallists too.
