Instructor

Lynn, a qualified fitness instructor, holds a Black Belt in Karate and has trained in Kickboxing and Tae Kwon Do as well as Kuk Sool. She enjoys teaching children and has a six year old daughter who attends classes occasionally and is already demonstrating good kicking power! Lynn's favourite aspects of Kuk Sool are fitness training and forms practice.

Lynn has won 32 medals in international competition including 2 UK , 4 European and 8 Spanish golds. Her best results have been in the sparring, form and breaking divisions. She really enjoys competing in Spain where she won a grand-championship because of the warm weather and the warm welcome (not to mention the tapas and sangria!!). Now that her daughter is older, Lynn is hoping to compete in more tournaments including the next World Championships.
